INTELLIGENT MICRO CONTROLLER
The intelligent patented micro plc controller is user-friendly. It has signals for pressure, temperature and current, which monitor the running of the compressor. With a secured code, setting up or changing parameters in the system can be easily achieved using the buttons on the display.

PREMIUM EUROPEAN MOTOR COMPONENTS
Every SCR Direct Drive compressor is fitted with a MEPS 2–compliant industrial motor. The SKF front and rear bearings include grease nipples for easy servicing and long service life.
AIREND
High-precision rotors with premium bearings and oil seals deliver quiet, efficient compression. Generous rotor profile and tight tolerances maintain volumetric efficiency over a long service life.
ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS
Siemens forms the core of the starter’s electrical components, delivering stable, long-term compressor operation.
TRANSMISSION
A German-made KTR coupling links the motor to the airend at a 1:1 ratio. WVIF high-efficiency shock pads on the motor and airend reduce torque impact and vibration.
OIL SEPARATOR
Our oversized oil-separator elements deliver cleaner air with <3 ppm oil carryover and a <0.02 MPa differential pressure loss, extending service life.
SUCTION VALVE
The SCR suction valve is a premium, load/unload control component with an expected service life exceeding 2 million cycles. Its gap-free sealing design avoids the issues common to cup seals and diaphragms, delivering long-term reliability.
THERMAL VALVE
We use renowned Hoerbiger thermal valves. By opening and closing repeatedly during operation, the thermal valve helps the compressor maintain its optimum temperature.
COOLER
Our large oversized coolers have been designed to keep the compressor cooler in Australia’s harsh summers.
SOLENOID AND PRESSURE CONTROL
Robust solenoid actuation with reliable pressure switch logic coordinates start/stop and unload events for safe, repeatable operation and low idle consumption.
SEAMLESS STEEL PIPES
Internal oil/air lines use seamless steel tube with quality fittings to minimize leaks, vibration points and pressure drop, improving reliability and serviceability.
AIR INTAKE FILTRATION
We use high-efficiency, low-loss intake filters from leading global brands such as Donaldson. Clean intake air is critical to compressor reliability—when the machine can breathe clean air, it lowers running costs and extends service life.
