Purpose-built for multi-shift operation in Australian conditions, this integrated 20 HP package mounts the compressor on a 500 L receiver for a clean, compact install. A low-speed airend driven via a maintenance-free 1:1 coupling minimises mechanical loss and vibration, while a rigid cabinet, smart airflow and tidy internal routing support stable temperatures, easy service access and dependable output over long duty cycles.

INTELLIGENT MICRO CONTROLLER
The intelligent patented micro plc controller is user-friendly. It has signals for pressure, temperature and current, which monitor the running of the compressor. With a secured code, setting up or changing parameters in the system can be easily achieved using the buttons on the display.

PREMIUM EUROPEAN MOTOR COMPONENTS
MEPS 2 compliant industrial motors come standard across the SCR Direct Drive range. SKF bearings—front and back—are greaseable via nipples to maximise longevity.
AIREND
Precision German-made rotors, SKF bearings and European Teflon oil seals deliver efficient compression with low noise/vibration, maintaining volumetric efficiency over long service intervals.
ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS

TRANSMISSION
A German-made KTR coupling provides a true 1:1 connection between motor and airend. WVIF high-efficiency shock pads on motor and airend reduce torque impact and vibration for smoother running.
OIL SEPARATOR
Large-format separator vessel and elements maintain <3 ppm oil carryover with a very low differential pressure of <0.02 MPa, protecting downstream equipment and improving energy efficiency.
SUCTION VALVE
Critical to load/unload transitions, the SCR suction valve is rated for over 2 million cycles. Its design does not rely on fully sealed gaps, helping avoid failures typical of cup seals and diaphragms.
THERMAL VALVE
Renowned Hoerbiger thermal valve opens and shuts repeatedly during operation to hold oil at the optimum temperature for lubrication, sealing and cooling.
COOLER
High-surface-area cooler assembly regulates oil and discharge temperatures in warm ambients and extended load periods, preserving efficiency and component life.
SOLENOID AND PRESSURE CONTROL
European solenoid valves and pressure instrumentation coordinate start-up, unloading and protection logic for predictable, safe operation and straightforward diagnostics.
SEAMLESS STEEL PIPES
Seamless steel oil/air pipes with quality compression fittings provide a rigid, low-loss system that resists ageing and vibration fatigue while minimising leak paths.
AIR INTAKE FILTRATION
Low-restriction, high-efficiency intake filtration—including Donaldson—keeps contaminant load down so the compressor “breathes” clean air. Better intake quality improves reliability, reduces energy use and extends service life.
