HIGH QUALITY EUROPEAN MOTOR COMPONENTS

MEPS-compliant industrial motor with SKF front and rear bearings fitted with greasing nipples for extended service life.

AIREND

A precision rotor set with SKF bearings and European Teflon oil seals provides efficient compression and low sound levels. Geometry and clearances are selected to preserve volumetric efficiency as hours accumulate.

ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS

Siemens-centred starter electrics provide consistent switching and protection, backed by excellent parts availability and service support nationally.

TRANSMISSION

A German-made KTR elastomer coupling gives a true 1:1 drive from motor to airend. WVIF high-efficiency shock pads under the motor and airend absorb torsional peaks, reducing transmitted vibration.

OIL SEPARATOR

Oversized separator vessel and elements achieve <3 ppm oil carryover with a very low differential pressure of <0.02 MPa—helping downstream equipment and trimming energy use.

SUCTION VALVE

A critical component for load/unload transitions, the SCR suction valve is rated for over 2 million cycles. Its design does not rely on fully sealed gaps, helping avoid failures typical of cup seals and diaphragms

THERMAL VALVE

Renowned Hoerbiger thermal valve opens and shuts repeatedly during operation to hold oil at the optimum temperature for lubrication, sealing and cooling.

COOLER

High-surface-area cooler assembly keeps oil and discharge temperatures stable in warm ambient conditions and during extended load periods, preserving efficiency and component life.

SOLENOID AND PRESSURE CONTROL

European solenoid valves and pressure instrumentation coordinate safe start-up, unloading and protection logic for predictable operation and straightforward diagnostics.

SEAMLESS STEEL PIPES

Seamless steel oil/air lines with quality compression fittings create a rigid, low-loss pipe system that resists ageing and vibration fatigue while minimising potential leak paths.

AIR INTAKE FILTRATION

High-efficiency, low-restriction intake filters—including Donaldson—let the compressor “breathe” clean air. Better intake quality boosts reliability, lowers energy consumption and lengthens service intervals.
